Returns and Refunds Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees in respect of goods and services purchased from us. The Australian Consumer Law, however does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).  Where you believe an item is faulty or defective, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time.

We will happily provide an exchange, refund or credit for products purchased, subject to the following conditions:

The products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition

Proof of Purchase accompanies the returned product

The request for return or exchange is within 30 days from the date of purchase or collection

All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving a refund or exchange and it is an expectation that our customers advise us of any issues relating to their order prior to returning the product to us for consideration.

Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

At our absolute discretion you may only receive a partial refund for a digital item such as a live break or if a purchased product is damaged or missing items.  If your refund is accepted or partially accepted, then you refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you have not received your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the acceptance email from us, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company before contacting us.

We recognise that the option to return or cancel an unwanted Product is important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers and to prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of this policy, we may refuse to accept change of mind returns if we identify an unreasonable or excessive return pattern and may also restrict or refuse future transactions from such individuals.

In rare cases, you may find you have received an incorrect or additional item in your delivery.  If this occurs, please contact us via email as soon as possible, providing:

Your Order Number

Details of the issue encountered

Photographic evidence of the products received.


We will assess and work with you to resolve any such issues in a timely and efficient manner.
